Life Blueprint Workshop

Designing the Next Chapter of Your Life

A free workshop for people who feel stuck, in transition, or ready for change.

Most people move through life reacting to circumstances instead of consciously designing the life they want.

Over time, that can create a sense that something isn’t quite right — even if everything looks fine on the surface.

This workshop is an opportunity to step back, reflect on what matters most, and begin designing the next chapter of your life with intention.

What this workshop is.

What you'll experience.

The Life Blueprint workshop is a simple but powerful way to clarify what is most important to you and bring that into your daily life.

It’s not about creating a perfect plan. It’s about getting clear enough to move forward.

You’ll be guided through a structured process to identify your priorities and begin aligning your life with what actually matters to you.

During the workshop, you’ll spend time reflecting on what is most important to you right now and creating your own Life Blueprint.

You’ll also have space to look honestly at areas of your life that may feel uncertain, stuck, or slightly out of alignment.

From there, you’ll begin identifying meaningful next steps. These next steps will be grounded and realistic to bring you peace and joy as you do what you said you would do.

❋ Intentional Structure

In this short two hours, I blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Calm Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by Dave Albrechta, a coach, facilitative mediator, and lawyer, who holds a safe space that encourages participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Reflective Space

Dave prioritizes comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

he workshop will be offered in two formats.

  1. Virtual Zoom Session on Thursday, May 14 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm (MST), or

  2. In-person session at the Durango public library on Saturday, May 16 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (MST).

After each workshop, there will be an optional hour to stay for conversation and continued reflection for anyone who is interested.

Who is this for?

What to expect.

Event Details

This workshop is for people who sense that something in their life needs to shift, even if they can’t quite name what that is yet.

It’s for those navigating a transition, facing a decision, or simply wanting more clarity about how they are living.

You don’t need to have a specific problem or plan going in — just a willingness to reflect.

About Dave

Dave Albrechta is a coach, mediator, and recovering lawyer.

After ten years representing clients in the legal system, he began to notice something that didn’t sit quite right. Even when conflicts were resolved, many people were still left without a clear sense of direction or closure.

That experience led him to step back and begin focusing on a different kind of work — helping people find clarity about what matters to them and how they want to move forward. Rather than relying on external systems.

What we’ll do.

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.
