Coaching for Lawyers at a Crossroads.
Grounded support for lawyers navigating burnout, transition, or a change in direction.
As lawyers, we are great at taking action and getting things done for our clients. We aren’t always as good about taking action for ourselves.
You have so much to contribute to this world, and you are ready to move past where you’ve been stopping yourself.
You are ready to make your vision of an authentic and aligned legal practice a reality.
The Benefits of Coaching
Clarity - Get clear on your authentic vision. Set goals that you are excited to achieve.
Focus - Gain tools to focus your attention on your vision and goals so that you are motivated to action. Shift your energy to what is truly important to you in every moment.
Ease - Sustained, meaningful and joyous effort without chronic depletion. Working hard does not have to always end in exhaustion and burnout.
Grace - The ability to hold difficult situations without losing yourself in them. Accept all of life’s experiences as opportunities.
Courage - Find confidence in knowing who you are and what matters most to you. From this place you will find the courage to build a practice that is authentic and fulfilling.
I practiced law for over a decade. I built a successful practice litigating employment cases. I worked hard and cared deeply about my clients and my work.
Over time, something began to shift.
The way I was practicing no longer felt aligned with my values.
When I was finally able to acknowledge that, I began searching for a different way to practice law. That search led me to integrative law, facilitative mediation, and coaching.
I made a deliberate change. I reshaped my work around integrity, alignment, and conscious choice — and now I support lawyers who are ready to do the same.
I Understand.
You’ve built a successful practice/career, and something no longer feels aligned.
You’re questioning whether your current path is sustainable.
You want to make deliberate decisions, not reactive ones.
You value integrity as much as achievement.
You’re ready to shape what comes next with intention.
You got into the law to help people and you feel that the system is failing.
You experience a rift between your identity as a lawyer and who you are outside of the office and the courtroom.

FAQs
What is coaching, anyway?
Coaching is a series of structured conversations designed to help you see your situation more clearly, reconnect with what matters most, and take action from a grounded, centered place. It is not advice or problem-solving for you — it is support that helps you access your own insight, wisdom, and capacity for aligned decision-making. Every session ends with a commitment to take action.
Do I need to be a lawyer to work with you?
No. While my coaching is designed especially for lawyers given my experience - my model works for anyone. I regularly coach non-lawyers who are navigating major life changes or need assistance accomplishing their goals. If you resonate with my approach, you are welcome here.
What is your coaching style like?
My approach is based on my sincere belief that you have what it takes to see what you want, and that you already have all of your own answers. In our partnership, I will support you to look, see and tell the truth about what is holding you back so you can connect with the part of you that already knows the right next step. Then I will support you in creating authentic actions so you can bring your vision into reality.
How is coaching different than therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds or addressing clinical concerns. Coaching, by contrast, focuses on where you are now and where you want to go next. Coaching is future-oriented and action-supportive. Coaching is all about supporting your inherent capacity to move forward with authentic actions that will bring your visions into reality.
Is coaching advice?
No. Coaching is not advice and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Rather, it’s a supportive, forward-focused process that helps you access your own answers.
How long do people usually work with you?
Two sessions per month for 6 months is my recommended contract length. This amount of time is necessary to fully experience the power of this coaching model so that you can fully integrate your breakthroughs and incorporate the transformation into your everyday life. However, the relationship may extend beyond six months for those who find the continued support valuable as they live into their growth.
